Becoming your whole self
These journeys guide you to reconnect with every part of your being — body, mind, and wairua (spirit).
Each module helps you to integrate a different aspect of your nature, releasing old patterns and stepping more fully into your light.Modules include:
I Am Earth — reconnecting with your body as part of Papatūānuku (the living earth).
I Am Light — awakening your energy and purpose.
I Am Wild — reclaiming your natural expression and vitality.
I Am Love — learning to be held and guided by love itself.
I Am Healing — cultivating the alchemy within to restore balance and flow.
I Am Here — resting into presence, space, and belonging.
Each journey combines guided practice, reflection, and embodiment work.

What is the work that we Pākehā need to do ourselves in the ongoing journey of decolonisation and honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi? And what isn’t our work to do?
The Pākehā Project has at its core a basic tenet: that the only way we can show up in right relationship with others is by knowing ourselves, at an individual and collective level, in our full and imperfect humanity. This unvarnished understanding of ourselves, as Pākehā and as humans, gives us the ground from which to develop much better relationships with Māori and other tauiwi, ways of engaging with Te Ao Māori respectfully and authentically, and some clarity about working within the complex and entangled systems of which we are a part. The Pākehā Project is committed to revealing and questioning the paradigms, logics and assumptions that discipline our world, so all can flourish.

It is important in these heightened times that awakening and leadership or awakening and changemaking need to come together. WE need our soul and spirit fully on board to bring our medicine into the world. And the world needs your medicine, not a miserable or diluted amount, but fully, alive, vibrant and pulsing into the world. They are partners – awakening and leadership and they can’t happen separately anymore. We can’t bypass a suffering world with spiritual loftiness and we can’t create our changemaking or leadership from anything less than the transformational powers of love and spirit.
These bespoke awakening journeys are to companion people wanting to bring these together for their effectiveness into the world. They are individually crafted supported journeys to accelerate the magic unfolding for more vital and impactful living by creating rituals and processes that help them walk through portals and healing experiences to new expansions. We work together to design what works for you. Depending on need and desire they can involve one on one coaching, practices, mentoring, immersive days etc..

Restoring wholeness in the way we work together
Haumanu (meaning to restore to life) is an approach I created for groups, teams, and organisations that want to bring healing into how they operate.
This work helps teams become what I call islands of coherence — connected, creative, high-performing groups that can sense, feel, and evolve together.Through guided processes, we explore how trauma patterns shape systems, and how love, presence, and awareness can transform them.
Haumanu supports you to lead with integrity, work with compassion, and co-create from your shared purpose.Wairua / intention: To create collective spaces that can heal as they work, and to seed new futures built on flow and connection.

ReRoot was founded by Louise Marra & Wendie Hall.
The idea for ReRoot evolved as a need to help people reconnect with the natural world. It evolved from a desire to change the way we make change, to change the way we innovate and to change the ways we connect.
We want people to awaken to their highest wisdom and their potential to achieve unity with our planet. We believe the way to solving our issues is through growing our interconnectedness with nature and with each other.
