The earth and everything alive are transforming — we are part of that change. My work is about helping people remember who they are at their core: connected, alive, whole, light, and in relationship with the living world.
Through this remembrance, we start to live as the medicine the world most needs. We begin to take our place in the evolutionary flow of life.

The heart of my mahi
At the centre of my work is a simple truth—healing ourselves helps heal the world, becoming coherent in ourselves, helps create a world of coherence.
I support individuals, groups, and communities to restore flow where trauma has created separation, to reconnect with their innate wisdom, and to embody their purpose as part of the earth’s evolution.
My focus is on helping people and teams become earthed and awake—bringing together mind, body, and wairua (spirit) so we can live from a place of clarity, creativity, and love.

We connect to our bodies, our earth bodies, our somatic and earth intelligence to be able to feel our evolution, our moment to moment becoming and feel this in our communities and systems so we follow this mauri, this energy.

We are presence , we are light. We have mistaken ourselves for finite beings that need to make a lot of effort to become something, when we are already the something unfolding. We work with what we identify with and how we switch this to our true identity and true nature.

How do we restore love to all parts of our self-system and all parts of the systems we belong to.
We can learn to work in a way that is always opening the moments to allow love to heal what arises. I can be the love for whatever arises. Including our deepest shadows. If I bring them home here then they have somewhere to land and dont keep circling and creating havoc in our world.

Who I work with
I work with changemakers, activists, leaders, social entrepreneurs, and communities who are ready to evolve their way of being — people who sense there’s a new way of creating change that starts from within.
Many of those I work with are seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, spirit, and the earth. They’re often carrying the weight of responsibility or exhaustion from systems that no longer fit, and are ready to find a more grounded, heart-led path forward.
