The earth and everything alive are transforming — we are part of that change. My work is about helping people remember who they are at their core: connected, alive, whole, light, multi-dimensional and in relationship with the living world.

Through this remembrance, we start to live as the medicine the world most needs.  We begin to take our place in the evolutionary flow of life.

Birthing a new world

begins through us

The heart of my mahi

At the centre of my work is a simple truth — healing ourselves helps heal the world, becoming conscious and awake in ourselves and as groups, helps create a world of coherence.  Coherence births the new world.

I support individuals, groups, organisations and communities to restore flow where trauma has created separation, to reconnect with their innate wisdom, and magic to embody their full purpose for life.

My focus is on helping people and teams become earthed and awake, conscious, evolutionary — bringing together mind, body, and wairua (spirit) so we can live from a place of clarity, creativity, brilliance and love.

Who I work with

I work with evolutionaries, changemakers, activists, leaders, social entrepreneurs, organisations and communities who are ready to evolve their way of being and their way of being together — who are willing to do the work to become conscious, awake, and move towards becoming an island of coherence.

Many of those I work with are seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, spirit, and the earth. They’re often carrying the weight of responsibility or exhaustion from systems that no longer fit, and are ready to find a more grounded, heart-led path forward. If we do this together we rewire the true magic of humanity back into our systems.

Services

  • Louise is a leader in the archetype of the healer. She is a wise guide, trauma transformer, and innovator for inner truth. Louise is a system and a soul seer, attuned to the pulse and embodied presence of the collective nervous system.

    Karlo Mila

  • Louise is one of the most remarkable souls I’ve worked with in my 40-year career spanning the for-profit, nonprofit and public sectors. Part spirit guide, part clear systems thinker and part catalyst for movement, Louise brings a refreshingly Earth based lens to systems change. In our disconnected and fragmented world, the gifts Louise brings are sorely needed.

  • I have known the magnificent Louise Marra for 10 years and over that time have had the absolute joy of both working closely with her and experiencing the magic of her offerings. She is the most alive and present human I have ever met. Just being with her infects you with expansive and delicious energy. She is insightful, hilarious, creative, and full of aroha, and her skill at bringing individuals and collectives into depth and healing is extraordinary.

Rebecca Sinclair, Co-founder of The Pākehā Project

  • I have learned more from Louise than any other adult. She is a precious peer, beloved friend and natural teacher. Being involved with Haumanu has been incredibly helpful, insightful and instructive. But to me it represents an careful amalgamation of everything Louise believes is most worth sharing.

    Karlo Mila

  • It’s been an incredible haerenga doing mahi alongside Louise.  Always with aroha, laughter and on occasion tears. A beautiful space encompassing mātauranga, fun, joy, and depth.

  • Louise offers her coherence and clarity with a generosity of spirit and great compassion. But what is so special about Louise is her commitment to not just ‘teach it’ but to ‘be it’. To embody, practice, and presence all that we ‘wish for’. This is rare, to find someone who walks in their own truth and yet who is simultaneously committed to constantly evolving. I am always inspired by Louise and would recommend working with her to anyone up for depth, the luminosity of life, courage and a desire for inner and outer transformation.

  • Louise has the ability to grow you in all the ways. When we live in such a disconnected world, it feels like a balm to be brought back to our own embodiment and to a felt understanding of our kinship with the earth. In these turbulent times, when trauma is leading the show, I’m so glad I’m working with Louise who offers another way.
